Tried almost all of the carts around the Times Sq. area and this is easily the best. Chicken and rice is super tasty, flavorful chicken, veg perfectly cooked retaining a little crunch, and hot sauce has the right about of flavor as well as heat. Cart workers are friendly and courteous. Highly recommend Royal Grill.
